- A single click surfaces every past candidate already in the database who fits a newly created job, even before any new applications arrive, on the logic that people who already applied and know the company convert faster than cold LinkedIn outreach.
- Filters for specific skills, years of experience and location narrow a database of tens of thousands down to a short, workable shortlist in seconds.
- Matching also runs in reverse: from a candidate's profile page, the system can surface jobs that fit that person, or other people similar to them.
- A manual search tool opens the entire database for sourcing by skill, location or clearance level, with the option to save filter combinations for recurring roles like the same technical or specialist position.
The stated goal is to shift recruiter time away from disqualifying candidates and toward spending it on the people most likely to be a fit, with plans underway to extend the same matching technology to external, publicly listed profiles for sourcing beyond the existing database.
