About this video
A live product demonstration walks through an AI sourcing platform built on a data layer that reads resumes and professional profiles across the open web. Rather than relying on keyword strings, the tool is designed to understand granular details about candidates, including certifications, licenses, and specific product or industry experience, so recruiters can search using plain language instead of complex Boolean syntax.
The demo covers several real scenarios drawn from early customers:
- Finding a certified financial planner by simply naming the credential, with the system also surfacing related licenses such as FINRA Series 7 or 63
- Locating a solutions engineer with experience selling developer tools by searching across a database that already knows the landscape of developer products, skipping the manual process of researching companies before building a search
- Generating candidate profiles that explain, in plain language, why a person matches a role, with labeled experience highlights tailored to the specific search
A search built from a single natural-language prompt is shown expanding automatically into structured criteria: adjacent job titles, experience ranges, and custom filters marked as required or preferred. The platform is shown running that search across a very large pool of profiles to surface qualified people, including for a niche, hard-to-fill role suggested live by the audience.
Beyond sourcing, the system drafts outreach emails automatically, sequences follow-ups, and reads a recruiter's calendar to schedule meetings without manual back-and-forth once a candidate replies. A combined inbox brings replies and scheduling into one place, and an upcoming feature will extend outreach sequencing to LinkedIn messaging alongside email.
Reviewing a finished search, the interface surfaces match criteria for each candidate, lets a user open a full profile without leaving the platform, and allows one-click addition to an outreach sequence. Declining a candidate feeds that decision back into the matching model.
Pricing is presented as a flat per-user monthly rate with no caps on searches or credits.
