Asal Naraghi

Asal Naraghi is the global head of strategic priorities delivery, informatics, and innovation, and strategy TA business partner at Philips. Additionally, she leads organizational capabilities, focusing on building a global approach to skills and capabilities for TA and hiring managers. Her roles encompass innovating through strategic transformation while driving delivery of high-performance teams focused on software, R&D, and quality and regulatory recruitment in global markets. She also led the hiring initiative to build more than 500,000 ventilators in response to the pandemic.
