Carmelina Lalley is a human-capital professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Over the years, she has developed innovative TA strategies to recruit high-performing talent for several types of businesses. Currently, she leads the national talent acquisition team for the PwC US/Mexico Assurance/Tax business (called Trust Solutions), focused on the recruitment of 7,000 entry-level, experienced, and executive candidates within a wide variety of fields within the organization.
