Cristal Mikenas has always been fascinated with understanding what motivates people to think and act the way they do. She is the global employer branding lead for pharma giant Takeda, where she develops the overarching employer brand strategy and messaging for the 50,000+ person company. Throughout her career, she has launched internal culture initiatives and DEI initiatives, as well as led recruitment marketing efforts focusing on social media, DEI partnerships, and college programs.
