Danielle Monaghan

Danielle Monaghan is the VP of global talent acquisition and mobility at Uber. Prior, she led the TA team for Amazon’s Consumer Division. She also helped build the Amazon/JPMorgan Chase/Berkshire Hathaway healthcare startup, Haven, as acting head of HR. Additionally, Danielle has 20+ years of TA experience, having worked and lived in three continents. She’s held top leadership roles at Cisco, as well as Microsoft, where she was director of global staffing and diversity for the company’s entertainment and devices division and oversaw hiring for the U.S., Canada, U.K., China, and France.
