Deb Andrychuk

Deb Andrychuk is the global director of talent attraction at PlayStation, where she leads employer branding, recruitment marketing, and sourcing responsibilities in the U.S., U.K., and Japan. Prior, she was the senior director of talent attraction at Lowes, where her and her team's contributions helped Lowe's hire over 300K associates over the past two years. Deb has also worked at Monster.com, The Arland Group (clients included American, Luxottica, and Nationwide Insurance), and Shaker Recruitment Marketing.
