With over 20 years global talent acquisition experience, Donn has led teams across executive search, staffing, and corporate recruiting in the US, Canada, India, and the Philippines. Currently, he leads TA Operational Excellence for the Americas region at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In his current role, he is responsible for strategically aligning the Americas with global TA initiatives and operationalizing those initiatives across the company’s regional corporate and hotel footprint.
