Dr. Josh Allen

Dr. Josh Allen is director of global selection and assessment strategy at Walmart, where he has led the validation, analysis, and implementation of more than 50 assessments administered to millions of candidates annually worldwide. Josh has worked on several innovative assessment projects, including VR assessments, game-based assessments, simulated assessment centers, and AI/ML-based selection. He received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Florida International University.
