Elif has been hiring engineers, building growth strategies for businesses, and running recruiting programs for nearly 20 years. She grew up in the agency world, has worked on her own, spent years at Microsoft, and came to Google in 2018 where she is currently responsible for bringing new leaders into Android, Google Play, and Chrome.
