His deep passion for Strategic Sourcing focuses on creating and scaling efficient sourcing teams that drive significant business impact. He began his professional journey in 2001 as a Software Developer. After relocating from India to Silicon Valley, California, in 2003, he transitioned to Technical Recruitment. With over two decades of experience, Emil's expertise spans from recruiting for startups to Fortune 500 companies.
