Erica Law is DispatchHealth's Head of Tech Talent, where she is responsible for hiring the company's technical team and in the last 6 months, she hired 40 full time employees. Erica started her recruiting career at a healthcare staffing agency and grew her tech career at Square, Pinterest, and Lyft. Erica is passionate about making tech a more inclusive environment, and in her spare time she takes care of a senior dog and a cranky cat.
