Freddy Rivera

Freddy Rivera is a veteran of over 10+ years in talent acquisition and the diversity, equity, inclusion space. He has worked on global diversity recruiting programs, college recruiting programs, executive hiring, and redesign processes, all the while striving for results. Freddy is also a first-generation college graduate from Cal Poly Pomona, and was born and raised in Los Angeles. He is on the Advisory Board for Techqueria, a judge for the Timmy Awards, and coaches new graduates and mid-level professionals to help them find the right careers.
