Jennifer Tracy

Jennifer Tracy is Vice president of talent attraction and acquisition for Charter Communications, which operates under the Spectrum brand. She co-leads the TA council for Charter, driving the org’s TA strategy by leveraging her teams to deploy the Spectrum employment brand via social media, recruiting tech, and talent programs and pipelines. Prior, Jennifer was the senior director of TA and diversity for Bright House Networks (acquired by Charter in 2016). Her previous experiences include recruitment and operational leadership roles at Comcast Corporation, L Brands, and Aramark Corp.
