Jesus is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Vida Talent Solutions, where he advises tech startups and SMBs on HR strategy and recruiting. He formerly led talent efforts at the U.S. Digital Service at the White House and brings experience from both public and private sectors, including Fortune 100 firms. With deep expertise in talent acquisition and workforce development, he also serves on the boards of Latinas in Tech – Central Florida and Embarc Collective.
