Jody Simon

Jody Simon is currently the Talent Sourcing Leader at REGENT and is based out of St. Augustine, FL. Prior to her time at REGENT, Jody built out and scaled centralized sourcing teams from the ground up at multiple organizations including Zoom, Okta and Raytheon. She is a metrics-oriented, results-focused professional with a passion for developing strategies to identify and attract ready now/ready later talent with the candidate experience being top of mind.
