JoJuane Porter

Jojuane Porter is a director of talent acquisition at Applied Materials, where he inspires, leads, and sets the strategic direction for TA for the Americas. A primary focus is establishing recruiting infrastructure, reengineering processes globally, and scaling how people work. Jojuane has held TA leadership roles at Microsoft, Capital One, Caleres, RadioShack, Johnson Controls, and Kohl’s. As a servant leader, he is committed to supporting the arts, narrowing the student achievement gap for African American children, and advancing the mission of his fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
