Justen Baxter has over 15 years of experience supporting the Defense Industry across Talent Acquisition, and has extensive experience building and developing and managing sourcing teams from scratch, developing KPI as well as key processes for high performing teams, in both his prior role with GDIT and his current role Justen developed and built a sourcing function from the ground up supporting Enterprise wide sourcing across varying government agencies.
