Kareem Goddard

My name is Kareem Goddard. I’m a husband, and father of three (two boys and one girl), and currently reside in Houston, Texas. I support Amazon’s Project Kuiper initiatives (LEO satellites) by hiring software & security engineers. My career began in sales as a B2B consultant for Verizon before transitioning to talent acquisition six years ago. I started recruiting at Aerotek’s Maryland office, moved into agency recruiting, and later joined ADP, supporting their Global Security Organization. This experience led me to my current role at Amazon.
