Kelly Bogey is the Director of Talent Acquisition at OLIPOP, where she leads recruitment strategy and hiring initiatives. Since joining in 2023, she has enhanced the candidate experience, launched hiring manager training, and embedded company culture into every step of the hiring process. A Business Management graduate from the University of Central Florida, Kelly discovered her passion for recruiting early on and has since built a diverse career across public accounting, hospitality, and retail—driven by a commitment to guiding others in their career journeys.
