Kristina Minyard

Kristina Minyard has been in HR, TA, and HR Leadership for 15 years. She has a heart for recruiting and helping orgs recruit better because it’s a function that carries a lot of responsibility in people’s lives. Kristina feels lucky enough to have a strong HR background that intersects nicely with her recruiting experience, which affords her the ability to leverage a holistic approach to an organization’s TA needs. She also serves on the board of directors for two local non-profit organizations: The Schools Foundation and The Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship.
