Larry Anderson's career started with 5 years of selling insurance door-to-door before transitioning to recruiting. Beginning in the agency space, high-volume, national recruiting before focusing on startups in Atlanta. Then moved internally with SPANX, connectRN and Slalom with a focus on technical and technical adjacent skill sets, but has filled roles in many other disciplines.
