At Microsoft, he championed university recruiting investments at Hispanic Serving Institutions and LATAM. He also helped modify their North America university tech recruiting strategy to a more equitable model. He currently leads Early In Career Talent Acquisition at Remitly, whose vision is to transform the lives of immigrants and their families by providing the most trusted financial services on the planet.
