Lina Kucinskaite

I am originally Lithuanian and currently based in the Netherlands. I come from a New Media & Digital Culture academic background and always had an affinity with tech, digital, innovation. I've been an all-round recruiter for around 5 years now and seen both sides of the table, meaning agency and in-house recruitment. As well as I hired for all sorts of roles and different industries. Currently I am scaling the R&D Department at VanMoof and most of my days are spent on sourcing, reaching out to candidates, tracking data and advising hiring teams.
