Lori Block

Lori Block is the senior VP of talent at MasterCorp. She has had the privilege to work as a talent acquisition and branding leader for over 10 years for global organizations such as Bloomingdales, Armani, Total Wine & More, and Bacardi. She is passionate about best-in-class talent processes and strategies that support her teams and organizations to be employers of choice. Lori currently lives in Miami but is originally from the Washington, D.C., area. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach and volunteering with dog rescue organizations.
