He helps Merixstudio build sourcing department in terms of processes, but also in terms of people. Within Talent Acquisition dept he helps with analysis of proposed actions, testing and learning. Following best practices in sourcing, he conducts strictly sourcing projects, mostly IT roles. He trains recruiters and sourcers internally, in the past also externally from the market. He runs webinars and has been a speaker at HeRoes. He also writes articles for the SourceCon, Magazyn Rekruter and Bee Talents blog.
