Molly is the Director of Early Careers Recruiting & Programs at BILL, the leading provider of cloud-based software that automates financial processes for small and mid-sized businesses. In this role, she launched the company’s first campus recruiting strategy, developing partnerships with universities and student organizations and building a team of Early Career recruiters and program managers.
