Nieves is an IT Recruiter who started her sourcing career in a multi-national brand and at present works remotely in a 50 people-tech consultancy present in three countries. In such different scenarios, 2 elements in the sourcing strategy stay the same. Engage with the talent you already know (often an overlooked talent pool!) and build a strong relationship with the engineering team. Outside of work, she loves doing excursions with her husband and loves cooking, particularly creating new recipe.
