Poornima Farrar

As Rival’s Chief Product Officer, Poornima leads the global product and data science teams and is responsible for driving Rival’s product vision and roadmap. She enjoys grounding product strategy in customer empathy and market understanding in order to ensure that solutions deeply resonate with clients and shape the future of their work. Poornima brings nearly 15 years of experience across product and technology roles; prior to Rival, she held product leadership roles at Workday, Salesforce, Persefoni and Alteryx. Poornima also holds a PhD in Linguistics from SUNY Buffalo.
