Rhea Opiniano leads Workforce Development programming for Dress for Success Seattle (DFSSeattle). DFS Seattle is the Washington affiliate of the global organization empowering women to achieve economic independence. In her role, Rhea brings 20+ years’ experience leading design and production teams for a range of US fashion brands. Her extensive professional experience mixed with her passion for supporting women to succeed in their careers and life motivates her every day in how she serves the DFSS mission and the community.
