Rick provides guidance & training for a variety of healthcare organizations. He has a healthy obsession for continuing education and candidate engagement. Rick has over 10yrs experience in TA & Training for both corporate and agency sourcing and recruitment, with the majority being in healthcare. Prior to joining LHC, he led a variety of sourcing teams and roles that included Talent Sourcers, Talent Associates, Community Sourcers, and Nurse Advisors with AdventHealth.
