Roy Baladi

Roy Baladi is the founder of Jobs for Humanity and president of Jobs for Lebanon. He's also the chief marketplace officer at PerkSpot. Prior he was the head of marketplace and communications at SmartRecruiters. Roy was raised in Lebanon and has spent years creating jobs for underrepresented communities, specifically refugees, returning citizens, the blind, single moms, and the neurodivergent.
