Shannon started their recruiting career in 2017 as a sourcer with a tech recruiting agency and soon after found their niche as a full-cycle recruiter in the software startup space. They’re passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have spoken previously about creating more inclusive workplaces for non-binary employees. Shannon lives in Chicago with their wife, dog, and two cats.
