Shaunda Zilich

Shaunda Zilich is the senior director of people brand and talent attraction at Marriott International. She has had roles in people brand leadership at GE, Qualtrics, and data.ai, where she was instrumental in developing agile brand practices serving organizational and individual brand/business unit goals. Shaunda’s strengths include using storytelling to connect candidates with purpose and using data to predict ROI of recruiting efforts and talent add/fit.
