I’ve been working in TA for the last 9 years, I started as an HR Specialist to gain knowledge of the HR world however transitioned to TA to develop my initial knowledge of Recruiting. I gained experience in Campus Recruiting as the early careers and internships experienced a growth as the company expanded in various markets. I transitioned into a Talent Sourcing Partner role where I was able to grow and gain knowledge within various business organizations based on priority needs.
