He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. for startups and as a senior leader at a Fortune 50 company. He managed executive search from the outside as a partner at Korn Ferry, He also led internal corporate executive recruiting at Microsoft, as well as the company’s largest experience-hire staffing group.
