Taylor Franco

Taylor Franco is a talent acquisition leader with over 12 years in the industry. She has worked with diverse global organizations in the fields of defense contracting, manufacturing, and hospitality — many of those years leading university and diversity recruiting. In January 2023, she joined Holland America Group, leading recruiting for the land-based Alaska business and overseeing TA programs. This has allowed her to combine her two passions: talent acquisition and travel. A Texas native, Taylor is also a foodie, baker, sourdough maker, traveler, and, most recently, a yoga enthusiast.
