Therasa Cha

Therasa Cha has served as a talent acquisition, program management and human resources leader for several organizations over 15+ years including: ServiceNow, Microsoft, Amazon, Axon (formerly known as TASER International) and F5 Networks. She currently leads the Global Early in Career team at ServiceNow, a fantastic team focused on providing a best in class program and cultivating communities of interest. Therasa is the second generation of her family to come to the US, and a first-generation college student who holds a Master's in HR Management from University of Southern California.
