I love to work with people &I like to embrace authenticity and uniqueness. That brought me to become a psychologist and spend 10 yrs in TA. Currently, I'm building tech and product teams remotely at MedTech scale-up and coaching individuals who want to be happier at their work. I'm also a strong believer in the success of inclusive culture - when diversity is celebrated. I am specifically passionate about cultural differences at the workplace.
