Apple Musni

Apple Musni is the senior director, head of people operations and employee experience for McDonald’s, where she builds the strategic vision for the employer brand and end-to-end employee experience in the U.S. for over 14,000 restaurants, with over 850,000 employees. Apple also leads the creation and delivery of HR programs, systems, and processes, including talent acquisition and workforce planning. Prior, Apple spent 20 years in the retail industry, mostly at Target, where she progressed in different leadership roles. She is also on the board of directors for United Ways of California.
