Ashleigh Anderson

Ashleigh Anderson is the VP of global talent acquisition at Credit Karma, where she has helped retool the company’s recruiting to double the number of historically excluded employees. Additionally, during the pandemic, Ashleigh played a critical role in maintaining jobs by strategically reassigning employees to roles that were in higher demand, resulting in no layoffs. She also was named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s Power 100 list and to the Top 50 Women Leaders of North Carolina by Women We Admire.
