Carmel Jordan has over a decade of recruiting experience. She has completed Boolean Black Belt training, is a SourceCon Academy Grad, and is AIRS certified. She started her career in agency where she was a top biller. Craving deeper relationships with hiring managers, she moved in-house in 2015. She currently works at Arthur J Gallagher, the 3rd largest insurance broker in the world, as a Senior Sourcer.
