Dominik Hahn

Dominik Hahn is global head of employer branding, strategic recruiting, and onboarding at Allianz. His past experience includes heading up people and culture at KONUX, a startup focusing on predictive and prescriptive railway maintenance. Dominik is also founder of the HR Failure Night series, during which HR pros from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland have been coming together to discuss and learn from each other about why HR projects failed. Dominik recently bought the complete Knight Rider series on DVD, only to realize that there's not a single disc player in his house anymore.
