Elyse Ryan

Elyse Ryan began her career in private investigations, developing research skills under a former Israeli Secret Services agent. Transitioning to executive recruitment, she found her passion in pharma/biotech sourcing, eventually becoming Merck’s sourcing proof of concept. Now, as North American Niche Sourcing Team Lead, Elyse manages a team of five. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling around NJ for her daughters' sports events with her husband or hiking with her Aussie, Blueberry.
