Erica Steffenson

Erica isn't a Minnesota native, but after almost 20 years in the land of (more than) 10,000 lakes, she almost could be. Erica has experience sourcing for some great MN companies to include Target, Ecolab, General Mills, Honeywell, and Medtronic - primarily in Engineering and IT. Her favorite searches usually result in bringing candidates to her adopted state and getting them to fall in love with it as much as she has. When she's not sourcing candidates for an inspiring heart valve startup, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 coonhounds, enjoying all that MN has to offer.
