Gail Houston

Gail is currently an Associate Director for GRAIL's Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinating team. Previously she worked at Intuit on their Executive Recruiting Team, where she also led their Sourcing team and Campus team during her tenure. She developed and ran Intuit's Social Media Program and was the voice of Intuit Careers on sites like Twitter and Facebook. She has more than 35 years in the recruiting industry, both corporate and agency and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She has spoken at SourceCon, Recruiting Trends and TalentNet.
