Jim Schnyder

Jim Schnyder is the 2014 & 2011 SourceCon Grandmaster with over 20 years of success in Talent Acquisition. He is the President of Recruiting Advisors, a Talent Acquisition focused consulting firm helping clients like EY, Booz Allen, Manpower, Kelly, New Relic and Koch Industries with recruiting technology, training, and best practices in sourcing – primarily in the areas of ATS and CRM implementations and optimizations. Prior to starting Recruiting Advisors, Jim was in Talent Acquisition with PepsiCo for 17 years and before that worked on the agency side of the recruiting business.
