Jim Schnyder

Jim is the 2014 & 2011 SourceCon Grandmaster with over 20 years of success in Talent Acquisition. He is the President of Recruiting Advisors, a Talent Acquisition focused consulting firm helping clients with recruiting technology, strategy, and best practices with a focus on Avature and other technologies that integrate. Prior to starting Recruiting Advisors, Jim spent 17 years with PepsiCo, where he was the Sourcing Leader, Diversity Manager and Global Process and Tools Lead and led recruiting for almost every function.
