Jocelyn Lai

Jocelyn Lai is the global head of talent acquisition at Duolingo. She began her career in advertising, where she worked in media and business development and eventually helped advertising agencies scale at critical points. Some of her proudest achievements are launching TA departments, opening offices in the U.S. and APAC, and helping take a company public. Jocelyn has been recognized for her achievements by the American Advertising Federation, American Association of Advertising Agencies, Association of National Advertisers, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and SXSW.
