Lerato is a dynamic, fervent leader and speaker with a talent for telling stories that inspire action. Passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where employees (especially women and the LGBTI+ community) can contribute meaningfully to the workplace. She achieves this vision through facilitating dialogue, training (skills development) and creating change at the systemic level, to drive the changes that advocacy has been evangelising for years - seeking to create networks of change.
