Mallory Vachon is the chief economist at LaborIQ, a compensation benchmarking software platform. At LaborIQ, Mallory leads the research and data teams that produce key insights and forecasts related to the labor market. Mallory has been featured in publications such as Bloomberg, SHRM, and The Dallas Morning News. She has more than a decade of experience in labor markets and economic research. Mallory received her PhD, MA and BA degrees in economics from Syracuse University.
